Eligibility

• Children aged 0-3 and are 0cm-90cm tall can enter free of charge (must meet both requirements)
• Seniors aged 60+ can book the child ticket as your entry ticket

Additional Information

• Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
• Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
• Kindly note that there is an MYR 100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
• The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands
• A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter

Prohibitions and Limitations

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be given due to ride closure or inclement weather
• No cancellation is allowed once booking is made

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows

How to Redeem

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
• For local Malaysians, please present your MyKad at the time of redemption
• For foreign nationals, please present a proof of identity at the time of redemption
• For e-vouchers: Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance's ticket counter 1 to 5
• Please redeem your park entry wristband, Quack Xpress wristband, and equipment combo vouchers at the Sunway Lagoon main entrance's ticket counters
• Locker (multiple use): Claim your locker access at the Surf Beach, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, or Zulu Walk area only
• Double tube rental: Claim your tube at any tube rental counters inside the park
• Meal voucher: Redeem your meal vouchers at any Sunway Lagoon's food and beverage outlets
